In 2003, BARI-UMA was established in Hiroshima, Japan.


BARI-UMA Ramen, the product our restaurant is named after, has undoubtedly been our most popular dish on the menu. Loved by thousands around the world, it is continuously refined, cooked with the best ingredients, and made to perfection for customers to enjoy.

BARI-UMA has also been highly touted numerous times as a recommendable ramen shop. Our store in Singapore was listed in Singapore's Top 25 for its excellent food and service and was granted a Food Excellence Award, among other accolades.

What is Japanese Ramen?

Ramen consists of piping hot soup, noodles, garnishes, and other ingredients for flavor. The soup itself is also made from ingredients such as soy sauce, miso, salt, pork bones, and various other ingredients.
